Prenatal Massage
Enjoy a nurturing prenatal massage designed to support your well-being during pregnancy. With the use of a specialty pregnancy bolster, you can comfortably lie face down during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. This gentle massage relieves tension, reduces discomfort, and promotes relaxation for both you and your baby​​​​
Indie Head Massage
Experience the soothing benefits of an Indie head massage, targeting the upper back, neck, shoulders, face, and scalp. This therapeutic treatment relieves tension, improves circulation, and promotes deep relaxation. It can also help alleviate sinusitis, headaches, and jaw tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored​​

Cancellation and no-show policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the slot to someone else.​ If less than 24 hours notice is given and the slot cannot be filled, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. If you do not give any notice and don't show up, the full fee will be charged to the card on file. Many thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

​Direct billing to insurance companies:
This is not offered at this time, but a receipt will be provided for you to submit online to your insurance provider for reimbursement. ​

The first visit appointment time will include a health history and treatment discussion, an assessment if applicable, treatment time on the table, and any suggested home care exercises following treatment.​
